Little Wing

Above is a sound clip of Little Wing.  This has recently been done in the studio... let me know what you think, maybe we should add it on to the next record as a bonus track!  I hope you like it. Unfortunately, the web page will not let me load the entire clip for you so you don't get to hear the part that rocks at the end.

News from J. Blues...

I have joined one of Jerry Bruno's premiere dance bands:

The Avenue

The Avenue is one of Cleveland's hottest and Jerry Bruno's busiest for weddings and all occasion. Fronted by three talented vocalists of varied backgrounds, this band comes with a young, fresh sound that can stylishly perform decades of music.  I am really excited about working with all of the great musicians and vocalist that comprise the band.

For more information or to learn more about the band, please visit www.jerrybruno.com.

Norm Isaac:  Artist / Musician / Guitar-a-holic

What started as a simple spray can adventure 32 years ago, has become a lifelong hobby.  Currently employed by a global paint manufacturer, he is completely immersed in paint figuratively speaking(and sometimes literally).  Over the years he has held numerous positions within the industry, but one thing has remained a constant:  "the love of old guitars and their restoration."  His work has been seen on guitar magazine covers and posters and his limited series "guitar clocks" have found homes in foreign countries.  He has the enjoyable experience of being one of the three "original" Guitar Conservators (along with Sy Sulak and Gary Rice) at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio.

Taking a casual "guy next door" approach, he explains the fundamental basics of the craft and points out common errors and pitfalls that inevitably lead to a bad paint job (and the subsequent fall into guitar refinishing hell!).  Then demonstrates how good quality results can be achieved with a minimal equipment investment.  This series is more than a mere instructional video ... it's info-tainment!!
